I was finally able to capture Ingrid in a little video clip standing up. Everyday she has more balance. She can even stand all by herself for a second or two.

Swimming at the Y

Yesterday after church we went to the YMCA to watch Greta swim with her Daddy. Her Daddy had not seen all of her tricks yet and was quite amazed. Ingrid enjoyed all of the pool sounds and hanging in the shade with her Moma & Popa.

Greta & Popa go to the zoo

Jared and Amber and the girls are staying with us for awhile. Ingrid is amazing at six months she is already crawling everywhere and pulling herself up on every piece of furniture I have. Watch out world here comes Ingrid...she is either intensely happy or intensely grumpy. Greta has learned how to swim at the YMCA under her Moma's haphazard swim lessons. I think she really taught herself. She also was adamant that her Popa was taking her to the zoo. Popa came through and took her to the zoo in Tucson (who knew they had such a great zoo). My favorite picture is of Greta feeding the giraffe...I don't know if I would have been as brave as she was.

So sorry it has taken me so long to post. I have been hither and thither and I still am away from home since my last post all the way back on June 25. I can't even remember where I was then. I have been to Albuquerque, Roswell, Tucson, Bass Lake, Palm Desert, Broomfield, Albuquerque, Tucson and back to Broomfield. Rochelle is doing a week and a half of orientation for her new job and I am in charge of Mr. Xander. I will fly back to Tucson next Wednesday and hopefully be home until we leave for our San Diego vacation on Labor Day.
